RE Solutions
The Agreement That Refuses to Guess
Filed 2026-08-17

Before: A hire's source documents become a checked, role-correct agreement without letting AI improvise the legal wording.
Old way: HR staff copied a long master, hunted for the right clauses and forms, and reconciled role details by hand.
Now: The system assembles approved material, stops on missing facts, proves the wording has not drifted, then creates a Google Doc for human review.
Quote pending approval. The proof is here; the voice comes later.
Editorial placeholderThe tempting version of this build would ask AI to write an employment agreement. That is also the dangerous version. RE Solutions needed the opposite: a system that could move quickly while preserving the exact legal material the business had already approved.
A team member starts with the new hire. The engine collects the source documents, refuses to guess a missing legal field, proves the master clauses have not changed, and checks that role-specific duties and allowances are copied verbatim from their approved sources. It then creates an editable Google Doc as the checking surface.
A skilled human reviews every draft before the final PDF leaves the building. The speed comes from removing the repetitive assembly work, not from removing judgment.
