- I'm Ed Dale. I've spent 35+ years in marketing, copywriting and coaching, and I'm a founder with multiple exits. These days I build practical AI systems for established businesses, founders and coaching companies.

- I take work stuck in someone's head, a spreadsheet, or a five-step ritual, then build the smallest useful system around it. Reports, knowledge tools and decision aids. Things people can use before the coffee goes cold.

- I work with established businesses, founders and coaching companies. If the business already knows its customers and has a real pile of useful information, I can usually find a job for AI that is worth doing.

- I've been building with AI for more than four years. Long enough to know that the shiny part is rarely the useful part.
